ERGOTEM S.A as EPC Contractor undertook the project of design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply, erection and construction and putting into operation of retrofitted Boilers, with integration of new equipment and modified existing ones.
The project comprice for each Unit (III & IV) the following:
Dismantling of the existing lignite boilers and PFD ducts and replacement with new designed Low NOx burners and PFD ducts, including asbestos removal activities
Installation of Over Five Air System (OFA) with two (2) air injection levels
Provision of all air ducting system for combustion purposes
New and refurbished electronic systems (I & C) like instrumentation, control, DCS, cabinets, HMI, etc
All required electrical equipment, drives, switchgears, cabinets, etc
