ERGOTEM S.A undertook the Lignite Breaker System erection in PPC’s Ptolemais V site.

The project comprised of:

  • The design, and construction of reinforced concrete bases with a total volume of ~ 250 m3
  • The design, construction, painting, and erection of metal structures for the anchoring of the Lignite Breaker with a total weight of ~ 92 tn
  • The supply, erection and commissioning of a complete Breaker system with a capacity of 3,500 tn/h that will receive lignite with a grain size of ~ 700 mm
  • The supply of all auxiliary mechanical and electrical installations
  • Tests and Adjustments of all the E/M equipment of the lignite breaker installation
